Edward was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick in Boston for six years and was an Audit Manager prior to joining the firm. He was responsible for directing the accounting and audit activities for a variety of clients in many different industries with an emphasis on providing accounting and consulting services to closely-held emerging companies. Ed's responsibilities with the firm are concentrated in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to clients in the many different industries serviced by the firm. Ed graduated from Boston College and has been an Instructor in Boston College's Carroll School of Management since 1986. Ed is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ed also has a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley College.
